“Terrazzo Balcone” is a fabulous first floor apartment within the main farmhouse building named after its wonderful large covered terrace area. This beautifully furnished apartment provides spacious accommodation with pretty views of the grounds and surrounding countryside.

There is a large open-plan kitchen, dining, living area, which has immediate access to 2 private balconies, one of which is a spacious covered terraced area. The covered terrace is well equipped with bbq, table, chairs & loungers -perfect for al fresco dining.

The dining/living area is beautifully charming with its rustic fireplace. There is a large dining table seating 6 and 2 leather sofas. There is a flat screen, a Playstation with games and also a Bluetooth music system.

The large double bedroom is beautifully furnished including a king size bed and has immediate access to the front balcony which overlooks the extensive grounds and valley.

There is a mezzanine sleeping level with 2 single beds accessed by a staircase from the living area – please note that this area is open so it is not suitable for young children.

There is also a good sized shower room.

A child’s bed or cot is available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

The property has full use of the 120,000 m2 of parkland, woodland and large swimming pool area.
