“Terrazzo Balcone” is a beautiful first floor apartment within the main farmhouse building named after its wonderful large covered terrace area. This apartment provides spacious accommodation with pretty views of the grounds and surrounding countryside.

There is a large open-plan living room/kitchen and dining area, which has immediate access to a spacious covered terrace area where one can enjoy al fresco dining.

There is a large sofa and a dining table.

The Kitchen is well equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle.

The double bedroom overlooks the extensive grounds and valley.

There is a mezzanine sleeping level accessed by a staircase from the living area and a good-sized shower room.

A child’s bed or cot is available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

All accommodations are furnished with traditional style furniture, which complements the traditional nature of the farmhouse.

The property has full use of the 120,000 m2 of parkland, woodland and large swimming pool area.
