“Casa Luisa” is a semi detached Langhe stone cottage set within attractive grounds. The property provides spacious accommodation over two floors with a private terrace and garden areas to enjoying beautiful views across vineyards close to Alba. The old farmhouse has been restored with care and maintains the original staircase and traditional brick vaulted ceilings.

The main entrance is on the ground floor.

Here there is a large living room with sofa, bathroom with shower, fully equipped equipped kitchen with hob oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle and spacious dining area with table and chairs and access to a large private terrace area suitable for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun.

A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor.

The first floor has two spacious double bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms with shower. Both bedrooms have immediate access to a traditional Piemontese balcony overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Extra beds are available on request - this house is large and suitable to sleep 6 adults if required.

A child’s bed or cot is available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Casa Luisa has a washing machine.

Casa Luisa is furnished with traditional style furniture that complements the original character of the farmhouse.

The property is situated within attractive gardens with plenty of outside space for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun and children to play.

For short holidays. It is also possible to divide Casa Luisa and rent as a spacious ground floor apartment - 80 sqm with kitchen, living area, bedroom , 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen - Euro 75 every night and two double ensuite bed and breakfast rooms. Euro 50 per each room each night without breakfast.
