“Casa Claudia” is a semi detached Langhe stone cottage set within attractive grounds. The property provides spacious accommodation over two floors and a private terrace and garden areas enjoying beautiful views across vineyards close to Alba. The old farmhouse has been restored with care and features large, attractive arched windows.

The main entrance is on the ground floor.

Here there is a large living room , bathroom with shower, fully equipped equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle and spacious dining area with table and chairs and access to a private terrace area suitable for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun.

A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor.

The first floor has two spacious double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower.Both bedrooms have immediate access to a traditional Piemontesebalcony overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Extra beds are available on request - this house is large and suitable to sleep 6 adults if required - there is a double sofa bed in the living room.

Child’s beds or cot are available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Casa Claudia has a washing machine.

The accommodation is furnished with traditional style furniture that complements the traditional nature of the farmhouse.

The property is situated within attractive gardens with plenty of outside space for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun and children to play.
