“Casa Rustico Cortile” is a completely detached Langhe stone cottage set within the farmhouse grounds. The property provides interesting accommodation over three floors and has many private terrace areas enjoying beautiful views across the valley.

The main entrance is on the first floor.

Here there is a large living room with sofa, table and chairs and access to a large private balcony suitable for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun. This floor also offers a fully equipped kitchen with hob oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle.

A staircase leads to the ground floor and second floor.

The ground floor has a double bedroom, large bathroom with shower room and separate laundry room with washing machine. The bedroom has immediate access to another private terrace area.

The first floor has a large double bedroom and large bathroom with bath.

A child’s bed or cot is available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

All accommodations are furnished with traditional style furniture that complements the traditional nature of the farmhouse.

The property has full use of the 120,000 m2 of parkland, woodland and large swimming pool area.
